Jalandhar, March 4, 2022: A special multidimensional Masterclass was organised by the Department of Management, CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur. The session was led by a prominent public speaker and an eminent name in the rolls of Guinness Book of World Records, Dr. Vivek Bindra of Bada Business. He shed the flood lights on the Mantra of entrepreneurship and spoke at length on the nourishing skills required for influencing the initial stages of entrepreneurship by giving exclusive case studies of Polio drops campaign, Cadbury, Coca-Cola, Nike Adidas, Lego and Walmart in his session.
In this 2 hour Masterclass he advised all the aspirants to identify the burning problems of people and focus on the easiest solution. He spoke at length on the relevance of market research. Various litmus tests to prepare a product for entrepreneurship endeavours were put forth in the session. He pressed on the need for design thinking and suggested the aspirants to focus on divergent as well as convergent approach to be better entrepreneurs. He candidly observed that an individual can scale great heights with technology, mobile apps and digitalization by using three V’s Vernacular, Video and Voice. His observation that an online flaunting of various aspects of the trade and product can tilt the scales in favour was well received.
Dr Vivek Bindra also spoke of the world class pedagogical tools for the leadership learning to launch campus-preneurs; one of which is combo of strategies like integration, delegation, elimination of the unwanted aspects, automation and liberation. He gave deep insights in bridging the industrial and academic gap by offering the learning management system through Industry- Academy collaboration via his concept of his business with an aim to make the Global meet Local.
He lastly advised young to-be -entrepreneurs to work laboriously on the online ratings of the product. To respond to the customers’ need, to review the product and protect the reputation forms the backbone of any business.
