In Order to Establish a Limca Book Record, CT Group Makes 300 Different Types of Mojitos

Jalandhar, April 11, 2023:  CT Institute of Hospitality Management under the patronage of CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur successfully attempted to set a Limca Book Record by making 300 different types of mojito’s. They established the record in 3 minutes and 51 seconds. The team consisted of students and faculty who worked collaboratively and showed immense enthusiasm.

The Guests of the event remained Mr Rajeev Wadhawan Human Resource Manager from  Club Cabbana Resort & Spa,  Mr Rohit Sammi Head Human Resource & Training Manager Ramada Encore Jalandhar, Mr Amit Kaura from Whiskeypedia and Executive Chef Paramjit Singh from Ramada Encore Jalandhar. He appraised the efforts of everyone involved from planning to execution of this mega event. Others in attendance included the  Chairman of CT Group of Institutions, Charanjeet Singh Channi,  CT Group’s Managing Director, Dr Manbir Singh, Campus Director, Dr Gurpreet Singh, Principal of CTIHM, Mr Divoy Chabra, Head of the Department, Mr. Mahesh Khadwal, Mr Vishal, Mr Balbir. In order to include the successful record-setting attempt in the Limca Book of Records, the recording authority received the documents.

CT Group’s Managing Director, Dr. Manbir Singh congratulated the faculty and students of  CT Institute of Hospitality Management, on this achievement. He said that such an innovative idea was never thought of earlier and is one of its kind in itself.
